Installation preparation for the smart clothes drying rack

Measure the location and drill holes with an electric drill
Then measure the installation location. First measure the length of the smart electric clothes drying rack. According to the length of the smart electric clothes drying rack, determine the installation location of the fixings at both ends. Then measure the width of the balcony and mark it. The middle of the cross is the installation location of the fixings, and then drill holes at the marked location.

Install the fixings

Installation of the smart electric clothes drying rack box
There is a rectangular interface connected to the fixing device on both sides of the smart electric clothes drying rack box. Clamp the two interfaces, install the clamps on both sides, and then fix the clothes drying rack box to the clamp door with screws.

Install the bracket assembly
The bracket needs to use the fixing bolt, directly use the fixing bolt to connect and fix the folding arm, and fix the fixing bolt on the other side to the connection hole of the folding arm. After installing the fixing bolt, pass the wire rope through the hanging bolt hole, and then tighten it with the hanging bolt screw. The same operation is performed on the other side, pass the wire rope through the hanging bolt hole, and then tighten it with the hanging bolt screw.

Connect the power supply
Be careful not to connect the power supply incorrectly. Generally, when the power supply is successfully connected, the clothes drying rack will make a "beep" sound to indicate that the connection is successful.

Connect the drying rod
First, you need to assemble the drying rod accessories, put the drying rod into the half-mouth rings at both ends of the lifting frame, and after the drying rod is put into the rings at both ends of the lifting frame, clamp the drying rod with a pipe clamp and install the pipe clamp screws.

Adjust the drying rod
Use a tape measure to adjust the spacing of the four corners, keep the lifting frame in a vertical state, facilitate the lifting frame, and lift smoothly. After adjustment, you can tighten the screws to fix it, and finally trim the excess wire rope.

Air drying and drying (limited to models with air drying and drying functions)
When the air humidity is high in rainy weather, turning on the air drying function of this machine can increase the air flow and shorten the drying time of clothes. It has a timed 180-minute automatic shutdown function (90 minutes for drying).

Ultraviolet disinfection (limited to models with disinfection function)
The rainy season or rainy weather lasts for a long time. The washed clothes are kept in a wet state for a long time and a large number of bacteria are bred. At this time, the ultraviolet disinfection function of this machine should be turned on to sterilize and disinfect the clothes. It has a 180-minute automatic shutdown function. This function does not work when the clothes drying rod drops to the bottom.

Wireless remote control
A stable wireless remote control system is used to control the operation of the clothes drying rack. The remote control is not limited by direction and obstacles, and the control straight-line distance can exceed 30 meters.

Overload protection
When the clothes rod encounters an overload when rising (the set load is 35 kg), this clothes drying rack control system will automatically detect the overload and automatically stop to protect the host.

Automatic shutdown when encountering obstacles
When the clothes rod encounters a person or other obstacles while descending, the clothes drying rack will automatically stop operating, which can avoid the disorder of the wire rope inside the machine body due to the misalignment of the wire rope.

Overheat protection
If the lifting and lowering are frequently operated in a short period of time, the motor will automatically stop working if it overheats and return to normal after cooling.

Pay attention to pollution prevention of core parts
The main frame of the smart clothes rack carries the core of smart drying. It contains a variety of high-tech precision components. Once damaged, the entire washing machine will be scrapped. Even if it is wrapped in a shell, it needs regular maintenance. The smart clothes dryer is not a completely closed structure. You can open the bottom plate of the main unit to remove the internal dust to prevent the attached dust from affecting the sensitivity of the entire machine, but at the same time, please prevent the electronic components from being damaged by touching the main unit. As for the cleaning of the shell, just wipe it regularly with neutral detergent or water.

Wearable parts need regular maintenance
Small parts such as scissor racks and wire ropes play the role of connecting the upper and lower parts during the operation of the whole machine. With frequent lifting and use, these two parts will gradually wear out. In addition, hanging heavy clothes on the clothes drying rod will also aggravate the loss, so these two modules need to be maintained. Regularly adding lubricating oil and cleaning dust can greatly reduce friction, ensure smooth lifting, greatly reduce the degree of wear during the operation of the pulley, ensure load-bearing safety, and make lifting more stable, effectively extending the service life of the dryer.

Try to prevent the clothes hanging rod from being severely deformed
The clothes hanging rod is the stress point of the entire dryer, and it is most likely to deform and bend due to the weight of the clothes. Although the smart dryer has evenly distributed clothes hanging holes, the clothes must be hung evenly during use to ensure that the clothes hanging rod is evenly stressed.

Precautions for using a wireless remote control
The remote control of the dryer is equipped with a base and a suction wall, which is convenient for users to place and take. If the dryer cannot be used after turning on the power, first check whether the dryer and the remote control are paired, or whether there are batteries in the remote control. Other precautions
When installing the dryer on an open balcony, do not place it too far away to prevent rain from getting wet and seeping into the main unit. In windy weather, raise the clothes drying rod to the top and put away the clothes in time. If the machine is not used for a long time, it needs to be turned off and the batteries of the remote control are not used for a long time. The surface of the dryer adopts anodizing process, but the surface layer is worn, which will affect the appearance. Therefore, do not scratch the machine when moving objects or placing sharp objects on the balcony.
