Determination of installation position
Wall lamps are generally installed in public buildings such as stairs, foyers, bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
(1) The height of a general wall lamp is 1440~1850mm from the working surface (referring to a horizontal plane 80~85cm above the ground), which is 2240~2650mm from the ground. The wall lamp in the bedroom can be located closer to the ground, around 1400-1700mm.
(2) The distance between the wall lamp and the wall is approximately 95-400mm.
Installation method
The installation method of wall lamps is relatively simple. After the position is determined, the main focus is on fixing the wall lamp holder, often using embedded parts or drilling methods to fix the wall lamp on the wall.
Gluing construction
There are many methods of gluing, but there are several commonly used ones.
1. Brushing method
Using a brush to apply adhesive to the bonding surface is the simplest and most commonly used method. This method is applicable to single piece or small batch production and construction.
2. Spraying method
For low viscosity adhesives, ordinary paint spray guns can be used for spraying. For high viscosity adhesives with short activity periods and difficult cleaning, reinforced plastic industry can be used to produce spray guns from Burt. The advantages of spray coating method are uniform adhesive application and high work efficiency; The disadvantage is that the glue loss is large (about 20-40%), and the solvent is lost in the air, polluting the environment.
3. Self flow method
Adopting rain type automatic device. This method is very suitable for flat plate shaped parts, with high work efficiency and is suitable for mass production. To prevent the glue from clogging the nozzle, the glue used must have appropriate viscosity and fluidity.
4. Roll coating method
Immerse the lower half of the rubber roller into the adhesive solution, expose the upper half to the outside, directly or indirectly contact the working surface through the printing roller, and drive the rubber roller to rotate through the workpiece to apply the adhesive solution to the bonding surface. To achieve different gluing effects, the rubber roller can have different grooves and patterns on the wheat surface, and the gluing amount can also be controlled by changing the pressure of the rubber roller or using a scraper. Rubber rollers can be made of rubber, wood, felt, or metal.
5. Scraping method
For high viscosity limb like and paste like adhesives, as well as for adhesive components such as flooring, adhesive plates can be used for coating. The adhesive board can be made of materials such as 1-1.5mm thick elastic steel plate, hard polyvinyl chloride board, etc.
6. Other gluing methods
Such as impregnation coating method, injection method, etc.
